Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable software/services.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Business Development team.
- Convert interested leads into customers.
- Achieve monthly calling and sales targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and professional speaking ability.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling or sales will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from the office.
