Job Description
A Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager oversees customer data, designs retention strategies, and optimizes platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot to drive sales, engagement, and loyalty.
Role Overview
• Department: Sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and customer support.
• Primary Goal: Maximize customer lifetime value (LTV), reduce churn, and turn data into actionable commercial insights.
• Core Focus: Strategy execution, cross-functional collaboration, and database health.
Key Responsibilities
• Platform Management: Configure, manage, and optimize CRM software to match business workflows.
• Campaign Execution: Coordinate targeted lifecycle marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, and loyalty rewards.
• Data Analysis: Segment customer databases, analyze behavior patterns, and run A/B tests on outreach.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as a bridge between IT, sales, and marketing to ensure uniform data practices and tool adoption.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like retention rate, customer engagement, and churn.
• Compliance & Training: Train staff on CRM usage and oversee privacy regulations like GDPR.
