About the RoleMillennium Air Hostess Academy is looking for a highly practical and technology-driven AI, Automation & Growth Technology Manager who can combine software development, Artificial Intelligence, automation, digital marketing and analytics to build and manage the academy's technology and digital growth ecosystem.

We are not looking for someone who only knows how to post on social media or run basic advertisements.

We need a builder and problem-solver who can understand a business requirement and use AI, code, APIs, automation and marketing technology to actually implement solutions.

The person will work directly with the Founder/Management team.

Key Responsibilities1. AI & AI AgentsBuild and manage AI-powered systems for the academy, including:

• AI Voice Calling Agents
• AI Chatbots
• WhatsApp AI Assistants
• Lead Qualification Agents
• AI Interview/Mock Interview systems
• AI-powered internal tools
• AI content workflows
• Prompt engineering and LLM integrations
• API-based integration of AI models and third-party platforms

Should have practical understanding of tools/platforms such as OpenAI APIs, Gemini, Claude, ElevenLabs or equivalent AI technologies.

2. Automation & CRM IntegrationDesign automated workflows connecting different business systems.

Examples:

Meta/Google Lead → CRM → WhatsApp → Email → Calling → Counsellor → Follow-up → Reporting

Responsibilities may include:

• CRM automation
• WhatsApp automation
• Webhooks
• API integrations
• Lead routing
• Automated follow-ups
• Email automation
• AI calling workflows
• Lead scoring
• Marketing automation
• Internal workflow automation

Experience with tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier or similar platforms is preferred.

3. Software & Web DevelopmentCandidate should be capable of developing, modifying and maintaining web-based applications and internal tools.

Knowledge of technologies such as:

• HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• React/Next.js or similar frontend frameworks
• Node.js/Python or similar backend technologies
• REST APIs
• Webhooks
• Databases
• Git/GitHub
• Cloud deployment
• Basic server/domain/DNS management

The candidate should be comfortable working with existing code as well as developing new solutions.

4. Performance MarketingManage and optimize:

• Meta Ads
• Instagram/Facebook advertising
• Google Ads
• Lead-generation campaigns
• Custom Audiences
• Lookalike Audiences
• Retargeting campaigns
• Campaign tracking and attribution

Candidate must understand advertising beyond simply boosting posts.

5. Tracking & Marketing TechnologyStrong understanding of:

• Meta Pixel
• Google Tag Manager
• Google Analytics
• Conversion tracking
• Meta Conversions API
• Google Ads conversion tracking
• UTM tracking
• Website events
• Landing-page tracking
• Custom audiences
• Retargeting funnels

Candidate should be able to troubleshoot tracking problems independently.

6. SEO & Organic GrowthUnderstand and implement:

• On-page SEO
• Technical SEO
• Local SEO
• Google Business Profile optimization
• Keyword research
• Search Console
• Content SEO
• YouTube SEO
• Organic Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn growth strategies

The objective is not simply increasing followers but generating relevant organic reach, enquiries and leads.

7. Social Media & Content TechnologyWork with the content/marketing team to develop scalable systems for:

• Instagram Reels
• YouTube Shorts
• YouTube
• Facebook
• LinkedIn
• Content research
• Content scheduling
• AI-assisted content creation
• Content analytics
• Competitor research

The person does not necessarily need to be the primary video editor or graphic designer but should understand how technology and AI can make the content operation faster and more scalable.

Selection ProcessShortlisted candidates will undergo a practical technical assessment.

Candidates may be asked to demonstrate previous projects and complete a small practical assignment involving AI, automation, APIs, tracking or marketing technology.

Certificates and degrees are secondary.

Practical ability and previous work will carry significantly more weight.
