Job Description

  • Handle the end-to-end process from pickup to delivery for LTL truck shipments.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
  • Attend customer calls and respond to queries related to shipment status and issues.
  • Manage and reply to customer emails and service requests.
  • Maintain and update MIS reports related to shipments and customer requests.
  • Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
  • Support the sales Team / soft sales skills and handle customers
  • Ready to soft sales, Inbound and outbound calls
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure a smooth service experience.
  • Prepare MIS reports and send it to customers.
  • Work on target-based achievements.
