ABOUT SPECKARTS

Speckarts is a growing eyewear retail brand with 8 stores across Bihar. We are looking for a dynamic marketing professional who can manage our complete digital marketing activities and generate new customers and store footfall.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Social Media Management

• Manage Instagram and Facebook accounts.
• Create and publish 3–4 reels weekly.
• Plan promotional campaigns, posts and stories.
• Handle customer enquiries and DMs.

2. Meta Ads Management

• Independently run Facebook and Instagram Ads using Meta Ads Manager.
• Plan location-based campaigns for all 8 stores.
• Manage targeting, retargeting and advertising budgets.
• Generate qualified leads and physical store visits.
• Monitor cost per lead and campaign ROI.

3. WhatsApp Marketing

• Plan WhatsApp promotional campaigns and broadcasts.
• Manage customer databases and segmentation.
• Convert enquiries into store visits.

4. Website Management

• Manage Speckarts website and product catalogue.
• Upload new frames, sunglasses and product images.
• Update banners, offers, prices and descriptions.
• Manage basic SEO and website enquiries.
• Coordinate technical improvements with the developer.

5. Field Marketing

• Develop tie-ups with gyms, salons, coaching institutes, offices and residential societies.
• Organise free eye-test camps.
• Plan local promotional activities.
• Generate new customer leads and walk-ins across all 8 stores.

6. Reporting

• Submit daily and weekly marketing reports.
• Track leads, walk-ins and sales.
• Monitor advertising expenses and marketing ROI.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Meta Ads Manager – Facebook and Instagram.
• Social Media Marketing.
• WhatsApp Marketing.
• Canva and basic video editing.
• Website Management – WordPress/Shopify preferred.
• SEO and Google Analytics.
• Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition.
• Good communication and field marketing skills.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Graduate preferred.
• Must have practical Meta Ads experience.
• Must be comfortable travelling across Patna and visiting all 8 stores.
• Two-wheeler preferred.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Fixed salary ₹20,000–₹25,000.

IMPORTANT: We need a hands-on professional who can independently manage marketing activities and generate measurable business growth. Candidates with only Instagram posting or boosting experience are not preferred.
