Educational CounsellorSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Performance Incentive: ₹2,000 per month

Minimum Target: 6 confirmed admissions per month (Mandatory)

• Job ResponsibilitiesCounsel students/candidates regarding available educational programs, courses, and admission opportunities.
• Understand candidates’ educational background, career goals, and requirements.
• Explain course details, eligibility, fees, duration, admission process, and career opportunities clearly.
• Follow up with interested candidates through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students until admission is completed.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Coordinate with the admission and academic team for smooth completion of the admission process.
• Achieve the monthly target of minimum 6 confirmed admissions.
• Performance Expectations6 confirmed admissions per month is mandatory.
• Additional performance may be rewarded through incentives as per company policy.
• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills are expected.
• RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and counselling abilities.
• Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
• Previous experience in educational counselling, telecalling, admissions, sales, or customer support will be an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication and a sales-oriented approach may also apply.
