Job Description

BSS Loan Officers will be responsible for providing loans and servicing small retailers and business outlets. They will also perform collection activities under the Bharat Super Shop (BSS) model, generate leads, and achieve sales goals.

This is an outbound/field-based role requiring good interpersonal skills and a basic understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

Job Responsibilities

1. Customer Acquisition

Conduct market surveys to identify interested customers for taking loans.

Acquire new customers and expand the customer base.

2. Relationship Building

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

3. Revenue Generation

Promote Overdraft and Retail Loan Products.

Achieve revenue targets through effective sales and relationship management.

4. Collection Efficiency

Improve portfolio quality and minimize customer delinquency rates through efficient collection practices.

Should possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Skills & Qualifications Required

Education: 10th / PUC / Matriculation (Pass)

Experience: 0–2 Years

Ability to sell and handle customers efficiently.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

High degree of self-motivation and ambition.

Ability to grow in a competitive environment.

Proficiency in English, Hindi, and vernacular languages (Reading, Writing & Speaking).

The role requires extensive travelling.

Mandatory: Own an insured two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
