Marketing Executive

 Job Description SHRIM Institute is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Marketing Executives to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for promoting the institute, generating student enquiries, counselling prospective students, following up with leads, and supporting the admissions team in achieving enrolment targets.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Promote SHRIM Institute's courses and educational programs.
• Generate leads through field marketing, local promotion, references and other channels.
• Contact prospective students and parents through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Explain courses, fees, benefits and admission procedures to students.
• Follow up regularly with interested candidates.
• Counsel students according to their educational and career requirements.
• Convert enquiries into admissions.
• Participate in promotional activities, seminars, events and campaigns.
• Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups and admissions.
• Achieve monthly marketing and admission targets.
• Coordinate with the counselling and admission team.

👤 Candidate RequirementsMinimum qualification:

12th Pass / Graduate

• The candidate age should be between 30 to 45 years of age.
• Candidates with experience in education sector, sales, marketing, education counselling, business development will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hindi communication is required; basic English is preferred.
• Should be confident, energetic and target-oriented.
• Should be comfortable with calling and meeting students/parents.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and smartphones.
• Willingness to travel locally for field marketing, if required.
