Job Description

  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
  • Maintain operational data, shipment records and delivery reports.
  • Prepare Excel reports, dashboards and performance reports.
  • Track shipment status, pending deliveries and service performance.
  • Coordinate with operation teams and branch offices for data collection.
  • Monitor delivery TAT, delays, pending shipments and discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting to management.
  • Identify data discrepancies and provide analytical support.
