• Roles and ResponsibilitiesVisit shops, retailers, business owners, and potential clients to promote company services.
• Find new customers and generate business leads through field visits and networking.
• Explain company services clearly and help customers understand how they can benefit from them.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful sales.
• Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and work toward business growth.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable services.
• Maintain daily records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process.
• Explore new markets and identify opportunities to bring more business to the company.
• Skills and QualificationsMinimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
• Freshers with confidence and a willingness to learn can apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable meeting customers and travelling for fieldwork.
• Positive attitude with a focus on achieving targets.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and reporting.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development will be an added advantage.
