Job Description

BankU is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers and business partners, explain BankU products and services, follow up on leads, and drive sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Explain BankU products and services.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries professionally.
  • Support customer and partner onboarding.
  • Update lead and customer details in CRM.
  • Perform cross-selling and upselling.
  • Maintain daily call and sales reports.
  • Follow company sales policies and compliance guidelines.
