Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a friendly, confident, and motivated Tele Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to guide prospective students/customers over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound and receive inbound calls.

Counsel and guide prospective students/customers about courses/services.

Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

Convert enquiries into admissions/sales.

Maintain accurate records in Excel/CRM.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth admission/customer support processes.
