Job Role: Institutional Telemarketing & Inside Sales Specialist

About the Opportunity:

TestTopper empowers coaching centers, educators, and schools across Bihar with white-label printed books, digital management & teaching systems, and Test series packages for all exams. We are hiring high-energy, ambitious Telesales Executives to pitch and close subscription packages directly with institute directors and coaching owners.

Earnings & Compensation:

- Fixed Stipend: ₹14,000 - ₹17,000 / month

- High Commissions: ₹1,000 - ₹2,500 per closed institute subscription + student package margins.

- Earning Potential: Target-driven reps can earn ₹30,000 to ₹45,000+ monthly.

- Weekly commission disbursals for fast cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make 70-90 outbound calls daily to provided databases of coaching directors, tutors, and schools across Bihar.

2. Pitch TestTopper's institutional software, web portal, and test-series packs.

3. Conduct quick 10-minute online product walkthroughs or schedule Patna office visits for hot leads.

4. Follow up systematically and close subscriptions to meet weekly targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of proven outbound calling, telesales, or EdTech sales experience.

- Fluent Hindi & persuasive communication skills (convincing Bihari/regional dialect rapport is an advantage).

- Must own an active Smartphone, Laptop/PC, and reliable internet connection (if WFH).

- Target-driven attitude looking for high variable earnings rather than a passive desk job.
