Job Description
BankU is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers and business partners, explain BankU products and services, follow up on leads, and drive sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain BankU products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Support customer and partner onboarding.
- Update lead and customer details in CRM.
- Perform cross-selling and upselling.
- Maintain daily call and sales reports.
- Follow company sales policies and compliance guidelines.
