Job Description

Daily accounting entries and ledger maintenance

Purchase & Sales entries

GST accounting and GST reconciliation

Bank reconciliation and cash/bank entries

Vendor and customer ledger reconciliation

Payroll, salary and employee payment records

PF, ESIC, PT and other statutory compliance records

Invoice preparation and verification

RA Bill / subcontractor bill checking and records

Maintaining documents for CA, audit and statutory compliance

Preparation of monthly reports and Excel statements

Coordination with CA, vendors, clients and site team

Maintaining proper records of all financial documents

Working on Vyapar / Excel for accounting and reporting.
