About the Role

AiDamsole Agile Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team in PCMC, Pune.

We are looking for a target-oriented sales professional who can generate new business, connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and convert opportunities into clients.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, business development, IT sales, or digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, references, networking, and other business development channels.
• Identify and approach potential clients for digital marketing and IT services.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Conduct client calls, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Prepare proposals and quotations and negotiate with prospective clients.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and closing.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain proper records of leads, calls, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the internal digital marketing team for smooth client onboarding and project handover.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, IT Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, or similar roles.
• Experience selling digital marketing or IT services will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Comfortable with cold calling and client meetings.
• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
