Job Description

  • Sales Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate sales revenue from existing customers and new prospects within the designated location.
  • Target Achievement: Set ambitious sales targets and work diligently to meet or exceed them, employing a combination of proactive outreach, relationship-building, and solution selling techniques.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through regular communication, responsiveness to their needs, and personalized service
  • Needs Assessment and Solution Presentation: Conduct thorough needs assessments with customers to understand their requirements and preferences, and present compelling solutions that address their specific challenges and objectives.
  • Site Visits and Presentations: Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective customers, providing detailed project briefings and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.
  • Initiative and Problem-Solving: Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness in identifying opportunities for improvement, overcoming obstacles, and addressing customer concerns to ensure a positive sales experience and outcome.
