Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive responsible for cold calling and lead generation activities. The candidate will identify potential customers, build a sales pipeline, and generate business opportunities through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
- Generate and qualify new leads through calls, emails, and online sources.
- Explain products/services to potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Maintain and update customer databases and lead records.
- Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and lead generation.
- Ability to handle customer interactions confidently.
- Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools is an added advantage.
