Job Role
Responsible for driving multi-product sales and recruiting & managing Business Associates (BAs) to generate business through team efforts.

Fixed Deposits (FD)
Life Insurance
General Insurance
Health Insurance
Mutual Funds
Other Financial Products
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment of Business Associates (BAs)
Training, motivating & activating BAs
Driving sales through team members
Achieving monthly & annual business targets
Ensuring product mix and cross-selling
Maintaining customer relationships
Monitoring team performance & productivity
Ensuring compliance & documentation as per company norms
Required Skills
Strong sales & marketing skills
Team handling & leadership ability
Target-oriented approach
Good communication & networking skills
Knowledge of financial products preferred
Eligibility
Graduate (MBA preferred)
Experience in financial services / insurance / NBFC sales preferred
Local market knowledge of Pimpri-Chinchwad & Pune region
