The ideal candidate should have good communication and convincing skills, be comfortable with client visits and meetings, and have knowledge of debt recovery procedures and applicable laws.

• 📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Contact customers for pending loan and EMI payments.
• Conduct field visits to customers for debt and loan recovery.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding dues and payment commitments.
• Explain pending payment details and available repayment options to customers.
• Handle client meetings and customer interactions professionally.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to achieve assigned collection targets.
• Record collection activities, customer commitments, and payment updates accurately.
• Build professional relationships while handling recovery cases.
• Follow applicable debt collection laws, company policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate with the team regarding difficult or pending recovery cases.
• Ensure timely reporting of field visits and collection activities.
• ⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Experienced Debt Recovery Agent with 6+ months of relevant experience.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with field work, client visits, and customer meetings.
• Knowledge of debt collection, EMI collection, and loan recovery.
• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
• DRA Certificate is required.
• Responsible, target-oriented, and comfortable handling customer interactions.
