Job Description

Installation & Activation: Set up FTTH broadband connections, lay and splice fiber optic cables, and install modems, ONT (Optical Network Terminal) boxes, and Wi-Fi routers. [1, 2]

Testing & Troubleshooting: Test fiber signal strength, configure internet connectivity, and resolve basic network or setup complaints. [1, 2]

Upgrades & Maintenance: Perform speed/technology upgrades, shifting, and reactivation of existing connections. [1, 2]

Customer Service: Educate customers on basic router usage, maintain proper etiquettes during home visits, and ensure high customer satisfaction. [1, 2]

Reporting: Update daily installation and service completion reports using company mobile applications.
