Job Description

  • Deliver diagnostic reagents, rapid test kits, laboratory consumables, documents and other healthcare products to customers.
  • Collect products/materials from suppliers, branches and company locations when required.
  • Ensure safe handling and timely delivery of products.
  • Check invoice/challan before delivery and obtain customer acknowledgement/signature.
  • Coordinate with the sales team regarding delivery schedules and customer locations.
  • Maintain proper records of delivered and collected materials.
  • Handle cash/collection only when specifically assigned by the company.
  • Return delivery documents, acknowledgements and collected materials to the office.
  • Maintain the company vehicle/two-wheeler responsibly.
  • Follow traffic and safety rules.
  • Support basic office/warehouse activities when there are no deliveries.
  • Maintain professional behaviour with pathology labs, hospitals, doctors, laboratory staff and purchase departments.
