Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers, understand their needs, provide expert advice, and close sales for jewelry, watches, and precious stones.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of jewelry materials (gold, diamonds, gemstones, silver) and product care.
  • Merchandising & Inventory: Maintain display standards, clean jewelry, and assist with inventory management and tagging.
  • Transaction Management: Handle purchases, special orders, layaways, trade-ups, and returns.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships for repeat business and clienteling


Job Requirements


  • Experience: 1 years in luxury retail or jewellery sales preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and professional presentation.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of jewellery and current industry trends.
  • Traits: Attention to detail, trustworthiness, and a customer-focused approach.
