Job Description

  • Preparing batter and premixes
  • Making waffles and pancakes
  • Preparing shakes and frappes
  • Dressing and assembling sundaes
  • Basic chopping and food preparation
  • Monitoring the stock of all dressing materials and ingredients
  • Keeping track of inventory and informing management when supplies are running low
  • Cleaning the kitchen and customer seating area
  • Washing blenders, spatulas, chopping boards, waffle accessories and mats
  • Cleaning kitchen equipment and work surfaces
  • Keeping kitchen cabinets clean and organised
  • Sweeping and mopping the floors
