Real Estate Sales Executive

• Job Responsibilities
• Generate leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and other sources.
• Handle incoming leads and follow up with prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences.
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and specifications to customers.
• Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective buyers.
• Convert qualified leads into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers until booking closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with the presales, marketing, CRM, and developer teams.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and new launches.
• Ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the sales process.

• Candidate Requirements1–5 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good knowledge of Pune real estate market will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
