🚗 Arrange and conduct property site visits

🤝 Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and assist in closing property deals

📝 Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities

📊 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

🤝 Coordinate with marketing, legal, and operations teams for smooth transaction completion

📈 Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities

💼 Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals

💰 Salary:

💵 Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

💸 Incentive: ₹90,000+ (As per Performance)
