Job Description

Sales Assistant – Arceus India

Arceus India is a leading packaging machine manufacturer in Pune, delivering high-performance packaging solutions across India.

Location: 1410-1416, BramhaCorp Business Park, New Kalyani Nagar, Pune


Role: Support the sales team with enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls and emails, and follow up on enquiries
  • Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales documents
  • Send brochures and datasheets to prospects
  • Maintain enquiry, customer, and order records in CRM/Excel
  • Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams
  • Schedule demos, trials, and customer visits


Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Com/BE/Diploma preferred)
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales support or back-office work
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email
  • Good communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi
