Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a Pune-based, enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and business growth for our fintech and SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach cooperative banks, credit societies and housing societies in Pune.
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, networking and local market visits.
- Conduct product demos, explain offerings and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Manage follow-ups, proposals, negotiations and client onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Based in Pune with good knowledge of the local market.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.
