Sales & Marketing Executive

Industry: Food Processing & Packaging Machinery Manufacturing

Experience: 2–3 Years

1. Roles & Responsibilities: Generate new business leads and identify potential customers in the food processing and packaging industries.
2. Promote food processing machinery, filling, sealing, and packaging solutions.
3. Handle customer inquiries, understand technical requirements, and coordinate with the design and engineering teams.
4. Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and follow up with customers.
5. Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
6. Conduct regular follow-ups for inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
7. Attend customer meetings, industrial exhibitions, and site visits as required.
8. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
9. Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and lead tracking records.
10. Achieve assigned sales targets and support overall business development.

Required Skills:

• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in B2B industrial sales and marketing.
• Basic technical knowledge of food processing and packaging machinery.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.
• Ability to develop customer relationships and close sales.

Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Food Process Engineering, or Marketing.

Preferred Experience: 2–3 years of experience in industrial machinery sales, preferably in food processing or packaging equipment manufacturing.
