Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through cold calling, telecalling, email, WhatsApp, social media, and field visits.
- Identify and approach corporate offices, architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and business owners.
- Promote modular office workstations, office furniture, cabin furniture, conference tables, reception counters, and storage units.
- Arrange client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the design and quotation teams to prepare proposals.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiate prices, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain customer information, enquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Develop new business through IndiaMART, Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other online platforms.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in sales, marketing, furniture, interior design, or building materials is an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, WhatsApp Business, and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
