  • Arrange and conduct property site visits.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and assist in closing property deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with marketing, legal, and operations teams for smooth transaction completion.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • SalaryFixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
