Sales and Marketing Executive

All rounder position

• Direct customer interaction for leads received on India Mart, Trade India . You will handle inquiries across calls, Whatsup, email, and social media, while supporting order-related concerns and building customer trust.
• prepare estimates and invoices
• prepare monthly GST excel files for different platforms ( filing is done by CA team )
• Prepare weekly slaes receivables, sales record and review
• E-commerce Management: Manage online product listings, including images, descriptions, and pricing across platforms. amazon, flipkart , mesho , my store , quick commerce
• Online Sales Growth: Drive online revenue through targeted online marketing, promotions, and managing online retailer relationships.
• Customer Interaction: Handle customer queries via calls, Whatsup, email, and social media Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services Maintain polite and professional communication at all times Order & Issue Handling Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and updates Resolve issues related to delays, returns, replacements, and refunds, Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for quick resolution
• Customer Experience: Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive experience Handle complaints effectively and provide timely solutions Build long-term relationships and encourage repeat purchases Data & Reporting Maintain records of customer interactions and issues Track common problems and share feedback with the teamHelp improve processes based on customer insights.
• Digital Marketing & Promotion: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM) to promote products.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze online sales data, website analytics, and campaign performance to optimize strategies.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, trends, and customer feedback to improve online presence.
• Content Management: Create/coordinate engaging content for social media and website to drive brand visibility.
