Sales and Marketing Executive

All rounder position

KeyRole.

You will be doing multiple activities 

1) preparing estimates & invoices on Vyapar app

2) preparing monthly GST excel sheets ( across all selling platforms ) for filing ( filing is done by CA team) 

3) send reminders for recoveries against payables 

4) prepare weekly sales and receivables records of sales team

5) share insights with the CEO on accounts and receivables 

6) overview e-commerce amazon, flip kart, messho, mystore, new ecommerce platforms

7) study leads on IndiaMART and trade india. Communicate with leads on what sup, email over call for clarification and convert leads to sales.

8) support company in promotional activities events , preparatory works etc. 

9) cooperation in all company works is expected as a team

10) office assistance , maintaining office records , attendance

11) support digital Marketing teams as required

12) Customer Interaction: Handle customer queries via calls, What sup, email, and social media Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services Maintain polite and professional communication at all times Order & Issue Handling Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and updates Resolve issues related to delays, returns, replacements, and refunds, Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for quick resolution

13) Customer Experience: Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive experience Handle complaints effectively and provide timely solutions Build long-term relationships and encourage repeat purchases Data & Reporting Maintain records of customer interactions and issues Track common problems and share feedback with the team Help improve processes based on customer insights.

14) being a start up .. will have to work at grass root level holding hand in hand with fellow colleague
