Job Description

·        Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.

·        Generate leads through market research, calls, customer visits, references, and networking.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

·        Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical/production teams.

·        Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.

·        Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.

·        Achieve monthly and annual sales/business development targets.

·        Conduct regular customer and market visits.

·        Track competitors, market trends, pricing, and new opportunities.

·        Maintain records of leads, enquiries, quotations, and sales activities.

·        Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

·        Follow up for timely customer payments in coordination with the Accounts team.
