Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible, organized, and creative professional to manage the company's social media presence while handling day-to-day accounting and financial records. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and basic accounting knowledge.

• Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management :

• Manage the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
• Design basic creatives and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools.
• Prepare monthly social media content calendars.
• Respond to customer comments, messages, and online inquiries.
• Monitor engagement, followers, reach, and campaign performance.
• Coordinate with the sales team to promote products and services online.
• Maintain brand consistency and improve online visibility.

2. Administrative Support

• Maintain proper documentation and digital records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly activity reports as required.
• Coordinate with management and other departments.
• Handle confidential business and financial information responsibly.
• Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and time management.
• Experience Freshers with relevant skills may apply.
• Prior experience in accounting and social media management will be preferred.
