PositionTelecaller / Admission Counselor

• EligibilityGraduate or Undergraduate (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or education counseling is preferred.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is an added advantage.
• Roles & ResponsibilitiesCall parents and prospective students to explain the institute's courses and admission process.
• Follow up on admission inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Schedule demo classes and counseling sessions.
• Convert inquiries into admissions by providing accurate information and addressing queries.
• Maintain and update lead records in the institute's database.
• Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams regarding admissions.
• Achieve monthly admission and follow-up targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and students.
• Skills RequiredExcellent communication and convincing skills.
• Confident, polite, and professional telephone etiquette.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
