Job Description
Shashwatlaxmi Urban Nidhi Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven TeleSales Executives to handle incoming customer calls and convert interested customers into participants for the Lucky Draw Scheme. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and convincing skills and be motivated to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and calls.
- Explain the Lucky Draw Scheme and its benefits to customers.
- Convince and convert interested customers into scheme participants.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and conversions.
- Follow up with potential customers when required.
- Achieve monthly conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the team and submit daily performance reports.
Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month
