Video Editor

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can edit high-quality videos for real estate marketing, social media reels, ads, walkthroughs, and corporate brand content. The ideal candidate should understand storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics, especially for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ads.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form & long-form videos (Reels, Ads, Walkthroughs, YouTube videos)
• Create 9:16 vertical videos optimized for Instagram & Meta ads
• Add text animations, subtitles, transitions, sound effects & music
• Color correction & basic color grading
• Sync video with voiceovers and background music
• Work closely with marketing & sales teams for concept execution
• Maintain brand consistency across all videos
• Handle multiple projects with quick turnaround time

🔹 Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
• Knowledge of After Effects (basic motion graphics preferred)
• Strong understanding of reels trends & social media formats
• Experience with real estate videos (walkthroughs, drone shots is a plus)
• Good sense of timing, storytelling & visual flow
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
