About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and customer-focused F&B Associate to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the Namaste Chai outlet and deliver a positive customer experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Take and accurately process customer orders.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food items as per company standards.
• Maintain quality, hygiene and food-safety standards at all times.
• Handle POS billing and cash/card/UPI transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter, dining area and work station.
• Assist with stock receiving, storage and basic inventory checks.
• Follow standard recipes, portion control and operational procedures.
• Ensure timely service and resolve basic customer queries professionally.
• Support opening and closing activities of the outlet.
• Report stock shortages, equipment issues and operational concerns to the supervisor.
• Work effectively as part of the outlet team during peak hours.

• Desired Candidate Profile0–2 years of F&B, QSR, café or retail experience preferred.
• Freshers with the right attitude may also apply.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Energetic, presentable and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Basic understanding of English/Hindi; knowledge of Konkani is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, discipline and willingness to learn.
