Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently handle Cash & Bank accounting and reconciliation
  • Maintain Debtors & Creditors and outstanding statements
  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
  • Prepare MIS and management reports in Excel
  • Handle GST-related work and submissions
  • Prepare invoices, payment records and account statements
  • Draft professional emails and correspondence
  • Coordinate with customers and suppliers regarding payments and accounts
  • Maintain proper accounting documentation and records
  • Mandatory RequirementsTally knowledge is mandatory
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Practical knowledge of GST
  • Strong understanding of Cash, Bank, Debtors & Creditors
  • Good email drafting and communication skills
  • Must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Good accuracy and attention to detail
