Position: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Solar Industry
Role Overview - We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand our customer base in the solar energy sector. Key Responsibilities
• Generate and convert residential & commercial solar leads.
• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies and also have the connections with interested franchised partner.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and presentations.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. • Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Coordinate with technical and installation teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of rooftop solar solutions.
• Customer-focused and target-driven approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently. Eligibility Experience: 4–6 years in Solar Sales & Marketing (B2C Mandatory) Education: Graduate (MBA Preferred) Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy Mandatory Requirements Own Laptop
• Own Bike with Valid Driving License
• Willingness to Travel
