This is a passenger-facing hospitality role (not driving/cleaning).
यह एक यात्री-सामना करने वाली हॉस्पिटैलिटी भूमिका है (ड्राइविंग/क्लीनिंग नहीं)।
You will ensure passenger comfort, manage bookings, and promote return journey tickets during long-distance night travel.
आपका कार्य होगा यात्रियों की सुविधा सुनिश्चित करना, बुकिंग मैनेज करना और लंबी दूरी की रात की यात्रा के दौरान रिटर्न टिकट को प्रमोट करना।
- 🕒 Shift Details / शिफ्ट विवरणFull-time, Night Shifts (Permanent role)
- फुल-टाइम, नाइट शिफ्ट (स्थायी नौकरी)
- Shift starts between 7 PM – 11 PM and returns next morning (12–14 hours round trip)
- शिफ्ट शाम 7 बजे – 11 बजे के बीच शुरू होगी और अगले दिन सुबह वापसी (12–14 घंटे का राउंड ट्रिप)
- Travel pattern: 6 घंटे onward + 6 घंटे return journey
- यात्रा पैटर्न: 6 घंटे आगे + 6 घंटे वापसी यात्रा
Weekly Off Policy (based on journey duration):
- 13 घंटे से कम → हर 6 कार्य दिवस बाद छुट्टी
- 13–15 घंटे → हर 3 कार्य दिवस बाद छुट्टी
- 15–17 घंटे → हर 2 कार्य दिवस बाद छुट्टी
- 17 घंटे से अधिक → 1 दिन काम, 1 दिन छुट्टी
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities / मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँTravel with ~40 passengers and verify online ticket bookings with valid ID proof
- ~40 यात्रियों के साथ यात्रा करना और ऑनलाइन टिकट बुकिंग को वैध ID से सत्यापित करना
- Ensure passenger comfort in AC Smart Bus (Wi-Fi, GPS, toilets available)
- AC Smart Bus में यात्रियों की सुविधा सुनिश्चित करना (Wi-Fi, GPS, Toilets उपलब्ध)
- Manage spot bookings and promote return journey tickets with discounts (earn incentives)
- स्पॉट बुकिंग मैनेज करना और डिस्काउंट के साथ रिटर्न टिकट प्रमोट करना (इंसेंटिव मिलेगा)
- Collect passenger feedback, ratings, and reviews (incentives provided)
- यात्रियों से फीडबैक, रेटिंग और रिव्यू लेना (इंसेंटिव मिलेगा)
- Coordinate with drivers, cleaning staff, and support team
- ड्राइवर, क्लीनिंग स्टाफ और सपोर्ट टीम के साथ समन्वय करना
- Maintain accurate daily accounts of bookings and incentives

- Education: Diploma / Intermediate / Degree / PG
- शिक्षा: डिप्लोमा / इंटरमीडिएट / डिग्री / पीजी
- Languages: Fluent Hindi + Basic English
- भाषा: हिंदी में दक्ष + बेसिक इंग्लिश
- Skills: Customer service, hospitality, sales, convincing skills
- कौशल: ग्राहक सेवा, हॉस्पिटैलिटी, सेल्स, समझाने की क्षमता
- Availability: Flexible to work nights, weekends & holidays
