Sales Manager

SkyPlay IPTV Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion across the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales and team-handling skills, good knowledge of local markets, and the ability to develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement territory-wise sales plans and strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Lead, guide, and monitor sales executives and field sales teams.
• Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, local market activities, and business partnerships.
• Promote and sell IPTV and digital entertainment services to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, dealers, and local business associates.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular field visits to identify new opportunities and support the sales team.
• Track daily sales activities, lead conversion, collections, and territory performance.
• Ensure proper follow-up on leads and improve conversion rates.
• Coordinate with Installation, Customer Care, Technical, and Operations teams for smooth service activation.
• Handle customer concerns and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide territory performance updates to management.
• Ensure adherence to company sales processes, policies, and service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales, territory management, business development, or a related field.
• Experience in Telecom, ISP, Broadband, DTH, IPTV, FMCG, or related industries will be an advantage.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of territory-level sales and market development.
• Ability to work independently and manage field operations effectively.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting tools.
• A valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
