Agro Shop Sales & Field Assistant

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Sales & Field Assistant to join our agro service shop in Tiruvannamalai. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers at the shop, supporting sales, maintaining stock, and occasionally visiting farmers for product promotion and customer follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers and assist them with their product requirements.
• Handle sales of fertilizers, bio-fertilizers, seeds, organic products and other agricultural inputs.
• Explain basic product information to customers and farmers.
• Maintain shop stock and arrange products properly.
• Prepare bills and maintain basic sales records.
• Visit nearby farmers when required for product promotion and customer follow-up.
• Build good relationships with farmers and regular customers.
• Collect customer/farmer requirements and feedback.
• Support local marketing activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the shop.

Eligibility:

• Any graduate can apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Candidates with Agriculture, Horticulture, Chemistry or related backgrounds will have an advantage, but it is not mandatory.
• Good communication skills in Tamil.
• Basic knowledge of computers is preferred.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Candidate should be willing to travel locally for occasional field visits.
• Should be interested in learning about agricultural products and interacting with farmers.

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: ₹10,000–₹13,000 per month + incentives, depending on experience and skills.
