Job Description
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Back Office Executive to handle administrative support, documentation, coordination, and data management activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Office.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update office records and databases
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and reports
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and production departments
- Handle email correspondence and client follow-ups
- Assist, documentation, and compliance work
- Perform data entry and MIS reporting
- Support management in day-to-day administrative tasks
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email
- Basic understanding of documentation
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask
