Business Growth Executive

School Growth Consultant Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new school leads through calls, emails, networking, references, and field visits.
• Connect with school owners, principals, and management to understand their academic and technology requirements.
• Present and demonstrate relevant solutions including curriculum, smart classrooms, AI-powered learning, ERP, and other EdTech products.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and product demonstration to negotiation, follow-up, and closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate lead and sales records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding, implementation, and customer support.
• Stay updated on education-sector trends and identify new opportunities for business growth.
