Retail Sales Executive – Pune Airport | Tiramisu
📍 Location: Pune International Airport
💼 Job Type: Full-time | On-site
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month + Incentives
🎯 Experience: 1–2 years preferred
🕐 Shifts: Rotational, including night shifts
About Tiramisu-
Tiramisu is a premium handcrafted jewellery brand inspired by Indian heritage and timeless craftsmanship. We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our Pune Airport store.
What You'll Do:
- Assist domestic and international customers with jewellery purchases.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Handle billing, POS, stock checks and basic store operations.
- Maintain product displays, store hygiene and brand standards.
- Provide a warm, professional and premium customer experience.
Who We're Looking For:
- 1–2 years of retail/sales experience preferred.
- Experience in jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, premium or luxury retail is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Hindi is an advantage; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Confident, presentable and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Target-oriented with a genuine interest in sales.
- Comfortable working rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Valid passport is an advantage for working in an airport environment.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in retail sales may also apply.
