Job Description

Commi 1 – Indian Gravy and Tandoor


Experience: 2–4 years

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain consistency, taste, and presentation standards
  • Supervise Commi 2 & 3 and guide junior staff
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
  • Coordinate with Head Chef for daily operations

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Indian and Tandoor cuisine
  • Good knife skills and kitchen discipline
  • Ability to handle work pressure
