Digital Marketing Cum Lead Generation Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation / Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns. You will manage our digital channels, drive inbound traffic, generate high-quality sales prospects, and hand them over to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Find and qualify potential clients using inbound tactics and outbound research tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo.
• Campaign Management: Run paid and organic campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
• SEO & Content Optimization: Improve organic search rankings through keyword research, GEO optimization, on-page optimization, and engaging content creation.
• Email & Automation Marketing: Build targeted email workflows and use CRM software (like HubSpot or Zoho) to nurture leads.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, cost-per-lead (CPL), and return on investment (ROI) using Google Analytics.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or B2B/B2C lead generation.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, GEO tools (ChatGPT, Claude and other popular ones) and CRM platforms.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical thinking, and teamwork.
