Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, target-oriented and customer-focused Sales Manager to drive membership sales, revenue growth and client acquisition for a premium fitness club.
Key Responsibilities
* Own monthly and annual membership sales and revenue targets.
* Drive sales across memberships, personal training, group classes and other club offerings.
* Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance against targets.
* Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and membership upgrades.
Lead Management & Conversion
* Ensure timely follow-up on all enquiries, walk-ins, referrals and digital leads.
* Improve lead-to-visit and visit-to-membership conversion ratios.
* Maintain accurate records of prospects, follow-ups and sales pipelines.
* Develop referral and corporate membership opportunities.
* Candidate should posses sales techniques, product knowledge, objection handling and closing.
* Ensure accountability for daily activities and monthly targets.
Reporting & Analysis
* Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
* Leads generation
* Calls and follow-ups
* Club visits
* Conversion rate
* Membership sales

* Average ticket size
