Home Loan Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive Home Loan sales and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and sales skills, with a passion for achieving targets and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field activities, references, channel partners, and local market networking.
• Identify prospective customers and understand their Home Loan requirements.
• Promote and sell Home Loan products to salaried and self-employed customers.
• Conduct customer meetings, explain product features, and guide applicants through the loan process.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, builders, brokers, and other business partners.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Ensure proper documentation and coordinate with internal teams for timely loan processing.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (Home Loan, Mortgage, BFSI, Banking, Insurance, or any Field Sales domain preferred).
• Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good knowledge of local market and customer acquisition strategies.
